Voici une brioche pas trop riche en beurre que je viens de tester. Nous l'avons appréciée au petit déjeuner mais elle convient également pour un goûter d'enfants. Ce sera toujours plus sain et bien meilleur que des petits gâteaux ou des brioches industrielles si vous voyez ce que je veux dire :(.
On peut la déguster nature à peine tiède, tartinée de beurre ou de confiture aux myrtilles
(pour nous) c'était délicieux ;).
